Break out of your repetitive movement patterns to protect yourself and build a resilient asana practice! This workshop is designed for yoga practitioners with a regular practice (especially you, disciplined Ashtangi). Learn the anatomy and biomechanical components related to common culprits of mobility and strength imbalances. Then, we’ll explore some simple exercises to erase causes of overuse injuries. You might even find the trick to erasing those nagging aches and pains. Each participant will receive supplemental drills and therabands to create a more balanced movement program.
